Cabo Polonio in Uruguay lies on a cape in the Atlantic, a small village, seemingly deserted. Only one path leads there, and only the lighthouse has electricity. Back and sides dunes as far as the eye can see. This is a film about a site in the course of nature as the only dialogue.
At the tip of the cape breaks the ocean against the rocks, the last frontier. There are the sea lions, in thousands, just waiting. The dogs Ivįn and Capitįn while the days of herding cows, or curiously explore sea lions. Summer arrives, and with it the people. The scene changes with a brutal power grab.

Poeetiline ja sõnatu, ent samas suure sõnumiga lühifilm on üles võetud Urugais, Cabo Poloniol. Looduskaunil poolsaarel, mis sirutub Atlandi ookeani. Siinses väikeses külas peavad inimesed hakkama saama elektrita, voolu tehakse ainult tuletorni jaoks. Cabo Poloniol elavad koerad Ivan ja Kapten, kelle huviks on rannikul peesitavad merilõvid. Inimhulgad ilmuvad siia vaid lühikeseks suveperioodiks. Ka vaid peesitama.
